A phone camera comes with a screen you check immediately, a camera roll you scroll, and a share button one tap away. These cameras remove all three: point, shoot, and the result shows up as a physical print or a developed roll — never as something to check mid-moment. Pick based on how immediate you want the photo, and how much of the waiting is part of the appeal.

Point, shoot, and a credit-card-sized print ejects in about 90 seconds. No screen to check, no app, and the closest thing here to an instant phone-camera replacement.
Best for: People who want the purest screen-free experience and don't mind waiting to see the photos
A reusable 35mm film camera with automatic wind and flash — nothing shows you the photo until the roll is developed, which is either the whole point or a dealbreaker depending on how patient you are.
Best for: Anyone who wants the classic square Polaroid format with optional creative controls
Square-format instant prints with swappable lens filters and an optional app for manual control. Develops in 10–15 minutes — slower than the Instax Mini 12 — and film costs more, but the format and creative range are genuinely different.
